GUARANTEES
Reclaimed items are sold without Guarantee either offered or inferred as to authenticity, condition or
suitability of intended purposes by the buyer.
GOODS
All reclaimed goods are sold as seen. All items are non returnable/refundable. However, an exchange of goods will be accepted. In any case of a return, the buyer will be responsible for all cost involved in returning the goods and also responsible for the return delivery cost. If the buyer has purchased goods with free delivery we will not offer free delivery on returned items.
OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
All goods remain the property of the seller until paid for in full by the buyer.
Any item reserved by the buyer with or without a deposit
will be placed back on sale without further notice if it is not collected with in 7 days and all deposits will be lost.
COLLECTIONS: We the seller, Floor Reclaim are responsible for the goods until they have been loaded on to your vehicle, then responsibility passes to you, the buyer once they are on your vehicle.
DELIVERIES: When we deliver personally on our own vehicle, we are responsible for the goods until they have been off loaded on to the ground at the delivery address. Once the goods are on the ground the responsibility passes to you the buyer.
THIRD PARTY DELIVERIES: When any items are delivered by a third party they are responsible for the items once they have been loaded on to there vehicle. Once the third party has unloaded the items to the delivery address and the items are on the ground the responsibility passes to the buyer.
DELIVERY DATES/TIMES: We cannot and do not accept responsibility for any loss, expense or other consequence of failure to meet any delivery date/time. If delivery is made by a third party and there is nobody there to accept the goods at the arranged date/time the seller may incur an extra delivery charge to redeliver the items. In some cases you may be able to collect undelivered items from the depot that's holding them.
SHORTAGES OR DAMAGED GOODS OF FLOORING MATERIALS:
In the unlikely event of receiving a shortage of goods or goods that are damaged this must be reported to Floor Reclaim and you must NOT accept delivery. In an event where you accept the delivery before checking the goods and you remove the entirety of the goods from the pallet; you the buyer will be responsible for re loading the goods back on to the pallet and also be responsible for the return costs and arranging the return. Please unwrap your pallet and check contents for size, volume and condition before you sign any delivery note. 1 sq yard per row with parquet flooring in all cases. Simply count each row.
