Q. How do I buy your products?
A. Send us an email requesting the product you want to order and one of our friendly staff will take your order along with your payment details.

Q. How safe are my credit and debit card details when they are passed to you?
A. Your details are very safe. We take payment over the telephone and do not store your card details or forward them on to any third parties.
Q. Is there anybody I can contact before I supply you with my card details?
A. You can contact our card merchant ''streamline''. Please ask one of our staff for further details.
Q. Can you provide me with a full receipt of purchase and a customer copy of the card payment?
A. Yes, upon ordering the goods and on receipt of payment we will send you out a full receipt and a copy of the card payment. That receipt will have all our contact details on it.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. If the product is in stock then your order will take no more than 10 days from the day of ordering till the day it reaches you.
Q. If the goods are not in stock what happens then?
A. Upon taking your order we will give you an EDD. We will then contact you as soon as the goods are in stock and provide you with an exact delivery date.
Q. How will my order be delivered?
A. If you order parquet flooring, we will send your order out by a pallet delivery company. The company will deliver the goods on a truck with a tail lift and a trolley. They will unload the parquet on a pallet and pull the pallet on a trolley to as close as your door as possible. It's then your responsibility to remove the parquet of the pallet.
A. If you order floorboards or strip flooring we will send the goods by courier. The courier will unload the goods and stack them either in your home on the ground floor or garden.
Q. Can I fit my flooring the day I receive it?
A. Some people do, however, as a rule, you need to let the flooring acclimatise to the temperature of your home, this will in turn stop shrinkage and expansion. We recommend you leave the flooring in your home for a minimum of 14 days before fitting it.
Q. How do I fit my flooring?
A. We cannot give any more advice than we do in the item description on fitting reclaimed flooring. We are not qualified floor fitters and therefore it is recommended that you contact a professional for further advice.
Q. Can you store my flooring if I am not ready to receive my order upon placing it?
A. Yes, we can store your flooring free for up to 4 weeks. After four weeks there will be a storage charge, please discuss this with our friendly staff before placing your order.
Q. What if there is a problem with my order?
A. Although every care is taken when picking your order, should there be a problem, you do need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods in order for us to put it right.
